- Kitchen patrol can include the entrance foyer, or that can be done separately, but floors everywhere constantly need cleaned.

- Recycling, garbage and compost can be taken out.
- Are all the dishes washed?
- Is the dish drainer empty?
- Is the table cluttered or does it need wiped down?
- What about the countertops?
- Are common cupboard areas in need of cleaning or organizing?
- Is the stovetop clean?
- Are there cobwebs?
- Could the windowsills be cleaned?
- Do any surfaces need dusting/wiping down?
Each person should clean up after themselves, but in communal areas there are often gray areas. Find one to command, and make it sparkle! Suggested weekly household contribution to shared spaces is .5 to 3 hours/week depending upon your work style.
